An experienced corporate director with a background in finance and community services, Shelley Carroll is a Toronto City Councillor representing the ward of Don Valley North. As the City’s Budget Chief and Mayor’s Economic Development & Culture Champion, she plays a crucial role in delivering balanced budgets and facilitating a vibrant and inclusive economic and cultural recovery for the city.
