Polina is a partner at TenSquared Capital, an emerging growth equity firm focused on blockchain and Web3, where she leads investment research and is responsible for sourcing and diligence. Before TenSquared Capital, Polina was a principal at 10T Holdings, a $1.2Bn AUM growth equity firm also focused on Web3. Prior to joining 10T, she was involved in launching and managing crypto trading and asset management products at Element Group, a digital asset investment platform. Before focusing on digital assets, Polina had a consulting and investment banking career specializing in financial institutions. She graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2016. Polina is deeply passionate about fintech and digital assets and wants to see how disruptive technologies, including blockchain and AI, transform the financial services industry.
