Pedro is currently the Community Relations Officer for Floki and TokenFi. He has been active in the project since 2021 and is currently tasked with public relations, marketing and project management.
He has been active in the crypto space for over 6 years contributing to 20+ years of professional experience in banking, labor relations, performance management, human rights, public relations and blockchain.
One of his previous roles included working with human rights activists living in closed societies where the government controlled all access to banking and financial institutions. This led to his interest in the benefits of blockchain, decentralization, defi and self-custody of digital assets.
He graduated with Honors from the University of Florida and later earned a Master’s degree in HR Management & Labor Relations. He continued his education by pursuing a MBA at George Washinton University as well as attend Georgetown University Master’s in Latin American Studies Program.
