Dr. Mariana Dahan is the Chair of the Universal Identity Council (UIDC), launched at the WEF Forum in Davos this year. She is also the Founder and CEO of the World Identity Network (WIN) Foundation, a nonprofit advocating for a self-sovereign identity platform that leverages exponential technologies, such as blockchain. Prior to launching WIN Foundation, Dr. Dahan created and led the Identification for Development (ID4D) global program at The World Bank. She currently serves as an Expert Member at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, and is a Founding Member of the Global Blockchain Business Council.
