Marcia leads Operations of the Glo Foundation, supporting the development of business initiatives as well as incorporating legal and compliance matters into product operations. Marcia has 10 years of experience working in the financial services industry, previously scaling up the client experience, custody and brokerage operation functions at Anchorage Digital, the first federally chartered digital asset bank. Her experience includes managing operations, investments, and client service & sales teams within highly regulated firms, including a broker-dealer, a registered investment advisor, and top national bank.
