Lewis' career-long experience has spanned the full-spectrum of matters from large-scale traditional initial public equity and debt offerings and a wide range of securitization and other structure financing transactions to advising on legal issues relating to the launch of new blockchain-based decentralized projects. Over Lewis' career, he has represented issuers, underwriters, banks and others on a wide range of traditional capital market transactions.
