Jonathan Rackoff is VP and Head of Global Policy at The HBAR Foundation, the Hedera ecosystem's impact VC arm. He oversees public and regulatory affairs across the Foundation's worldwide portfolio investments, with particular emphasis on climate law and policy and their $100M Sustainable Impact Fund. An appellate and administrative lawyer by training, Jonathan previously served 7 years in a series of senior legal, oversight, and regulatory roles in the Obama White House, U.S. EPA, and HHS. Over his 20+ year career, he's also served as a law firm partner, public company sustainability lead, and pharm tech GC.
