Joe is the Director of Enforcement for the Texas State Securities Board. He manages a team of attorneys and investigators responsible for investigating illegal investment schemes and protecting Texans from fraud and deceit. Joe also serves as the Vice Chair of the Enforcement Section of the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA). He is an attorney licensed in Texas and previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Travis County (Austin TX) DA's Office.
