Jasper Zhang is the Co-founder and CEO of Hyperbolic. He completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics at UC Berkeley in just two years and has won multiple gold medals in global mathematics competitions. With experience at Citadel Securities and Ava Labs, Jasper has developed expertise in cryptography, mechanism design, economics, and AI/ML. At Hyperbolic, they are building decentralized infrastructure to enable open access to AI and become the foundation of decentralized AI protocols. They are achieving this goal by solving three major problems: harnessing decentralized heterogeneous compute, ensuring security and verifiability, and protecting privacy in decentralized AI.
