Fatemeh is an attorney with a penchant for emerging technologies including cryptocurrency, blockchain, privacy and their global social implications. Fatemeh is currently a strategic advisor to the Swarm Foundation in Switzerland, supporting the Swarm decentralized data network. Born in Iran and educated at the University of Geneva and the London School of Economics, Fatemeh authored a variety of texts related to the mitigation of crypto legal risks, sanctions, and DAO regulations. Fatemeh lectured at the University of Geneva and the American University of Beirut on blockchain regulation. Prior to advising projects in the decentralized space, Fatemeh worked at law firms in Switzerland and France, on high-profile investment arbitration, commercial dispute resolution, and white-collar crime.
