Catherine Bischoff, CEO of the Sovereign Nature Initiative (SNI), leads the development of the Decentralised Ecological Economics Protocol which embeds ecological data into digital assets pioneering new funding mechanisms for critical biodiversity preservation.
Prior to her current role, Catherine served as an executive at Factory Berlin, Europe's premier entrepreneurial community. Before that, she led global partnerships for the University of Waterloo’s Conrad School of Entrepreneurship & Business and held business development positions in startups and corporates.
Catherine is passionate about the planet, supporting underrepresented groups in tech and the contemporary arts, and sits on the boards of the Extreme Tech Challenge and Akazi Capital.
